- After Alexander's father, King Philip ll died Alexander became king of his empire at 20 years old.
- Hello, I'm Alexander!
- Alexander headed south to Thebes. In a year he defeated the Thebes and enslaved their people.He did this as an example, hoping that the Greek-City states wouldn't rebel.
- Alexander knew that his troops were well trained and prepared.Alexander and his troops attacked and defeated the Persians.
- While fighting in Persia, Alexander visited a town called Gordium, Asia. There was a tale that said whoever untied the knot would rule Asia. Alexander used his sword and cutted through the knot, helping build up his confidence.
- After Persia, Alexander and his troops went to Egypt (was still part of Persia Empire). There governor surrendered, without fighting because he heard of how Alexander was good at fighting. Alexander was crowned pharaoh.
- I surrender.
- When Alexander leaves India in around 325 BCE he goes to Babylon and gets sick in 323 BCE, and dies a couple of days later at the age of 33. His body is taken to Egypt and is buried inside a coffin. He had no other heir to the thrown so, his generals fought for who should own the land. One ruled Macedonia/Greece, another ruled Syria, and the third one ruled Egypt.
