- I'm so excited for this opportunity.
- Thank you so much for showing me around, will i have a supervisor for my training?
- You won't need any training, it's very straightforward. I actually have to go but I showed you what to do.
- Oh, okay. Thank you I guess.
- It is Jacob's first day of his first job at Fuller's industry. He is very excited to be working there. He waits to meet his employer and get shown around.
- Okay, I can do this
- The supervisor shows him around and demonstrates what to do. When they finish she tells him that he will be operating the machinery without supervision.
- Fuller
- Why is it going faster?! Oh no, it looks like that box is open and damaged. I have to get it off the conveyor belt.
- Fuller
- She leaves him to operate the machine on his own after little to no training.
- OWWW!!! My leg!!!!
- Oh no!! This is all my fault.
- Jacob starts up the machine, his job is to watch the conveyor belt bring out the packages and put the damaged ones aside.
- The conveyor belt starts to speed up, Jacob tries to keep up. He sees and open box and goes to grab it.
- When he grabs it off the conveyor belt, because of the increasing speed, he drops it and the glass that was in it shoots up and cuts him. He cries for help. When someone finally comes they realized they should have given him more training and had a supervisor there to help him and make sure that he was safe.
