- yes indeed their social life was much different from ours- the poor people of britain couldnt afford education and most british people lived in rural areas in small villages and they raised their food on farms and travelled by foot or horse.
- hi john and ann did you do the homework on life in britain before the revolution?
- yes i did it was a very interesting topic to research on.
- yes and politically it was based upon land ownership and military honours won, with women and ordinary men given few rights.
- And their economic life was farming and agriculture with most of the population making a living of its land, They made everything by hand and they were very self sufficient.
