- Bobbie:Where to, Kemo Sabe?
- Derek:Lets cruise Taylor Street to have some fun with Jun
- The story begins with characters Andrew and Bobbie reacting to Derek and what he had done to Jun“When Jun Chen lay before me, motionless and silent…”
- Everything will be just fine
- Andrew and Bobbie were drunk and showed up to Derek’s house. the Hackett brothers, drunk and angry, skidded up my driveway in their beat up Corolla
- It was Derek’s idea to pick up Jun. At first it sounds nice like Derek just wanted to invite Jun to hangout “when Bobbie turned around, his jowly face all grins, and asked, “Where to, Kemo Sabe?” I would suggest cruising Taylor Street to have some fun with Jun

- Derek fakes his fiendship with Jun in order to make Jun feel more comfortable ...when they badgered poor Jun into the car, I would flick him a cheesy thumbs up and wink to put him at ease..”
