  • Here's my address, for any future reference.......
  • Mr Utterson and his distant relative Mr Enfield are taking a walk in the park. Enfield recalls a terrifying incident. On that night, he saw a man that had trampled a child. The man disappeared into an abandoned warehouse to return with a check signed by a respectable doctor for compensation. The man turns out to be Mr Hyde.
  • Chapter 3
  • Jekyll, my friend, I believe we need to talk...
  • Utterson looks at the will of Dr Jekyll, which states that if Jekyll were to disappear or die, all of his assets would be passed down to Hyde. Utterson visits Dr Lanyon and finds out that Lanyon and Jekyll aren't on speaking terms due to Jekyll's research. Utterson decides to stake out the building where the child got trampled, and
  • Chapter 4
  • AAAAAAAAAAAA!
  • there, he meets Hyde. Hyde gives Utterson his personal address, which implies that Hyde thinks Jekyll will die or disappear soon. Later, Utterson visits Jekyll. We find out the warehouse is actually Jekyll's lab and Jekyll's servants are being controlled by Hyde.
  • Chapter 5
  • Sir, I firmly believe this letter was written by the Dr. Jekyll himself.
  • At a party Jekyll has thrown, Utterson confronts Jekyll and tells him he has recently been investigating Hyde and has found out a lot. This throws Jekyll off guard, and he makes Utterson promise to carry out his will that states Hyde would inherit all of Jekyll's assets.
  • About 1 year later, one of Jekyll's maids sees a Parliament member, Sir Danvers Carew beat to death by Mr Hyde. Utterson leads police to Hyde's address, where they find a burnt chequebook and the murder weapon. 
  • Utterson visits Jekyll, and Jekyll shows him a letter from Hyde that states he plans to escape. Jekyll admits that Hyde dictated his will. Utterson takes the letter to a handwriting expert, and learns that the letter was actually written by Jekyll.
