Storyboard Text

  • I killed my brother. I wanted to be king and marry my brother's wife, but I feel some guilt about it.
  • My brother Claudius killed me. I am now a ghost.
  • SimilaritiesBooth and Claudius had reasons they wanted to kill someone. Both made an attempt to ask God for forgiveness.They both felt they should be above the law and not punished.
  • DifferencesBooth did not have feelings of guilt and felt he was right for killing Lincoln. Claudius had feelings of guilt for killing his brother, but it was more important to him to have power as a king. Booth did not want to kill Lincoln but felt it was his duty to his country. Claudius was okay with killing his brother to become king.
  • I am John Wilkes Booth. I killed Abraham Lincoln. I didn't want to do it, but it needed to be done, therefore I don't feel guilt.
