- Sure, let's not waste anymore time. Let's go and make announcement to the workers.
- I'm glad we were able to talk to Mr Williams about the complains of the workers. Now I need to go and give them feedback.
- Factory
- Greetings once again brothers and sisters. We had a meeting with Mr Williams and everything went well, and he also want to have a meeting with you tomorrow in the boardroom.
- No! no! guys there's no need for doing that, we assure you that he's gonna come with good news.
- We glad. Let's hope he's gonna speak something that is reasonable, cause if not we gonna burn the place down!!
- Cafeteria
- Notice:Staff meeting tomorrow at 11h00. In the boardroom.

- The shop steward and the union member were chatting about the meeting that they had with the CEO of the company.

- That's good but we are not pleased with the 5%.

- Greetings everyone. I'm glad that you all came. I would like to apologise for my behavior towards you and the way i treated you. The trade union members and I had a conversation and we reached an agreements. I would like to say the company wasn't performing well the past few months, but it's promising now. So every worker will be provided with PPE's, get paid for working overtime and wage will increase with 5%.
- The Workers were so thrilled to hear such good news from the employer but they weren't happy with the percentage wage increase.

- As I've said that the company is trying to get back to its feets. The 5% increase will only be for 2 months and thereafter I will add 3.5%, which will be 8.5% increase.
- They all reached an agreement and everyone was excited.
- We are so happy our fellow brothers and sisters that we were able tro help you as union representatives.
