- Yes I am. My name is Ralph. How can I help you today sir?
- I want to complain about my room. The air conditioner is not working at all! Also there are no drinks in the mini-bar fridge. This is a first-class hotel and I expect better service.

- I am very sorry to hear that sir. We'll do our best to make you comfortable here. What is your name, which room are you staying in and when did you check in?
- My name is Lee. My wife and I are in room 237. And we checked in yesterday morning as I recall.

- Well Mr Lee, If you would like, we can give you a room in our West-Tower complex. It will be on a higher floor with a city view. The air-conditioners are new and I'm sure they work well.
- We will also include a free mini-bar to make up for the inconvenience of changing rooms.
