Storyboard Text
- After hearing about Hrothgar's plight with Grendal, Beowulf and 13 other Geat warriors travel to Denmark to assist them.
- The Geats arrive at Herot, Hrothgar's mead hall where they are informed about Grendal. Unferth is unimpressed with the Geats and Claims that Beowulf's luck will run out.
- By nightfall, Grendal arrives and kills a Geat, Beowulf attacks Grendal by surprise and defeats him, taking his arm as a trophy. Grendal retreats, and is very wounded.
- Grendal's mother arrives at Herot and takes Grendal's arm before returning to her lair. Hrothgar asks Beowulf to defeat her.
- Beowulf defeats Grendal's mother and takes Grendal's head as proof.
- 50 year later, Beowulf embarks to slay a dragon who was ravaging his lands
- Beowulf is nearly killed by the dragon and his lieutenants flee, except for one man named Wiglaf who rushes to assist Beowulf, together they defeat it and Wiglaf becomes the new king of the Geats.
