- While they went looking for other lands to live on they killed lots of people to get what they wanted.
- The Vikings lived in Scandinavia. But because there was very little farmland they had to venture out to find a better home.
- Once their was a viking named Leif Erikson, I know right Leaf. Leif lived and Greenland and had many exciting voyages to Norway, Vinland and lots more.

- On one of his many trips Leif and his friends got blown of course and accidentally to North America
- North America
- Bye!
- But they didn't stay very long because there was indigenous people trying to kill them so they set back off to Greenland.
- It was not until 1492 when Christopher Columbus redisovered North America and created a colony there.
