- Persians and Athens battle
- Persians leave battle, Athens win
- Pheidippides
- After Athens attempts to help the Persians, the Persian King gets upset and furious that Athens thought they needed the help. So the Persians are sent off to battle the Athenians. The Athenians then send 10,000 soldiers while the Persians have 25,000 soldiers.
- 300 Spartans help Athens
- As the Persians and Athenians fought, the Persians then realized that all the soldiers wore there fighting them, while Athens City was left unprotected. So the Persians left the battle and sailed off to Athens. The Athenians had won the battle.
- Athens Abandons City
- WHERE ARE THE ATHENIANS!
- Once the Athenians figured out what the Persians were doing they soon realized that they could not get to Athens in time to tell everyone, 'Hey we won, just protect Athens we're on our way'. So they hired a young boy Pheidippides to run 26.2 miles back to Athens to deliver the message.
- Xerxes lost 1/3
- Pheidippides made it back to Athens and delivered the message, and saddly died right after. As soon as the Athenians found out the heavily gared Athens and requsted that other cities help them in there fight. 7,000 Greeks were sent out to stop and out smart the Persians. There were 300 Spartans included in the 7,000 and they fought till the death protecting Athens, so the Athenians could go back and save Athens.
- Athenians soon abandons there city and sails off to saftey. As soon As the Persain get to Athens they then seen the Athenians have retreated, furiously the Persians get on their boats and sail off to kill the Athenians.
- The Persians and Athenians then fight out at sea. Sense the Persians conquered the sea it was difficult for the Athenians to actually win the battle but they continuously hit at the Persians ships, and the PErsains lost the battle. The Athenians then claimed victory and got praised raised.
