- I don't like how things work here when it comes to health conditions that we're working under
- Say it again! we work closely to each other even though the president has clearly stated the precautions for the Covid19 prevention
- One of our colleague has tested positive of Corona virus but she is still with us not on quarantine.
- They don't check even our temperature when we get in, there is no sanitizer. this place is not hygienic.
- We will all get infected and even our families at home. our union representative must know about this.
- I will set up a meeting with management and raise your concerns
- If our concerns are not taken serious we will go on strike
- There is a Covid19 pandemic in the country it is highly infective. The South African president has strictly instructed the country to follow Covid19 precaution rules to help to slow the spread.
- The employees are complaining about Covid19 precautions that are not implemented on the company for prevention of the virus such as mask and sanitizer are not provided and space between employees to avoid contact.
- The pandemic rules state that, there should be 1cm pace between one person to another, wear mask all the time and sanitize regularly
- Concerned and terrified workers lodges their complaints and concerns to their union representative who is their representor to the management as it his role to do so.
- It is upon their rights to work under satisfactory, safe and healthy conditions.They also have a right to strike .
- It is their duty to do what they were hired for and let us as management deal with how our company should operates
- Union representative it is her role to assist and represent employees interest or raise their concernsHe took the matter to the Manager.
- and they are planning to strike if these issues are not getting solve immediately.
- Even though the Shop steward explained workers grievances and the reasons for them to strike the manager still find their reasons not enough.
- According to the Labour Relations Act which aims to promote economic development, social justice, labour peace and democracy in the workplace. Workers are on the right track.
