Long long ago when there was no earth, no water, no light and no animals God created our world.
God gave our world water which he spread over the surface of the world. Then he said "let there be light." And so there was, he named one day and one night. God made the rolling hills and streams but he was not yet finished.
God created a garden called the garden of Eden in which he put the man that he had created. He grew a tree of knowledge of good and evil. He said that man could eat from any of the trees but the tree of knowledge because God said "For the day you shall eat it you shall die."
God gave man animals to help and take care of him each with a different name that they were to be called. But still man seemed lonely so God put man to sleep and took one of his ribs which he turned into what was to be called woman.
