- Greetings!
- Oh, hello there!
- I'm just delivering some glassware to China.
- Cool, I'm just delivering some silk to the Romans.
- 2 traders are walking on the path of the silk road.
- Sure!
- I don't know a lot about the Romans, mind telling me?
- They both bump each into each other and say hi.
- So, then we trade it through travelling on the Silk Road, correct?
- Well, you see, the Romans are especially known for their Glassware, which the Chinese consider precious. It's the same deal with our gold.
- *JUST A HEADS UP* They aren't really that big on the map, they are just bigger to stand out better and help the reader see clearly.
- Well, I may not know a lot about goods, but I know a ton about the Silk Road! You see, the silk road is a great place for trading and widespread ideas, like religion! Unfortunately, there are some cons. Most traders have to cross the Taklamakan Desert, a dangerous place where traders are in danger of mirages and sandstorms. Luckily, we have camels and caravans to save the day!
- Wow, that's a lot to take in, thanks for telling me, but I think we should go now, so bye for now!
- They talk to each other.
- *Another disclaimer* There aren't 2 Romans, they are the same person saying 2 things. Same with the Chinese person, and they aren't really at Rome. Same with the next box
- Correct! Us Romans adore Chinese Silk.
- The Chinese Man tells the Roman about the Silk Road.
