  • About 50 million years ago the Killer Whales we know today looked completely different. Their ancestors were a species called the artiodactyls. Which were deer like herbivores.
  • Man, I wish I was able to swim to the deepest part of the ocean and become the apex predetor.Where no one can compete with me!!!
  • Maybe one day man.
  • As millions of years have passed by, natural selection takes place with in them. In this case Carl the deer like Artiodactyl was eaten by a predator due to not having favorable traits that could have help him adapt to the cold-water temperature. This trait was only selected to Carl’s friends.
  • Yeah, Carl died yesterday because he didn't hide in here. He said the water was to cold for him.
  • Hey Steve I think were safer when were in here
  • After millions of more years have pass speciation occurred that diverted the artiodactyl species into marine mammals. It was claimed that the highest fitness occurred when these mammals were more adapted to aquatic life. Thus, the creation of new species called the Cetacea where the killer whale derived from.
  • I just want to say thank you to my great great great great great.......great grandfather Steve. Start it from the bottom now we here!
