- To get there, she drives in her one and only vehicle, a Tesla Model 3.
- This is Sanaa Rashad, who is a project manager that earns up to $83,000 per year.
- She currently lives one hour and thirty minutes away from her workplace.
- Ideal Customer's First Problem
- What are her problems?
- Her first problem is her range anxiety when she drives long distances.
- Ideal Customer's Second Problem
- The second problem is waiting for an avaliable charing station.
- Ibrahem: Narrates the introduction of the ideal customer by saying her name, occupation, and yearly salary. Followed by this, he says how far away she is from her workplace and what her vehicle is when she drives there. Sanaa: Stands in the background with a smile on her face.

- The third and final problem is having to wait for her electric vehicle to charge.
- Ibrahem: Narrates by asking what the ideal customer's problems are, responding with her first problem: Range anxiety when driving long distances. Sanaa: Making a sad expression while inside the car.

- Ibrahem: Narrates by saying the ideal customer's second problem: Waiting for an avaliable charging station. Sanaa: Shows a sad expression on her face with her left hand reached out in frustration.

- It will make her range anxiety disappear.
- Ibrahem: Narrates the ideal customer's third problem: Waiting for her electric vehicle to charge. Sanaa: Putting her hands on her hips, while having a sad expression on her face.

- Ibrahem: Narrates upon saying what the solution to the ideal customer's second problem is: Not having to go to an avalaible charging station. Sanaa: Sits down on the couch with a smile on face, while saying this: I guess I don't need to go to a charging station.

- Ibrahem: Narrates on saying what the solution to the ideal customer's third problem is: Fully charging her electric vehicle in less than 30 minutes. Sanaa: Holds her phone when recieving a notification on her phone that says her electric vehicle is fully charged with a happy expression on her face, while saying this: Wow, that's amazing!
- Three Advantages of EVPad

- Ibrahem: Says that EVPad has three advantages; Giving the freedom of driving that is desired, saving time, money, and energy on expenses, and allowing those to confidently switch to electric vehicles. While saying this, he extends his right hand out.

- The third and final is allowing those to confidently switch to electric vehicles.
