- Hello. I am a poor sharecropper. I work on a farm. It is the year 1870 when sharecropping became popular.

- Sharecropping is when a poor farmer works the field for the land owner and buying materials from the land owner for little pay.

- Sharecropping was done because confederate money is now worthless at this time. Everyone in the southern states are broke so, sharecroppers work on fields and borrow equipment to make a living.

- I work on a farm and supply my own materials. I farm fields with my materials and livestock.
