The Sour Doughnut
Storyboard Text
- There once was a very poor family made up of a mother and 2 daughters the elder daughter Helga and the younger one Rachel. Helga and the mother Agatha lived at a bakery to earn money for their family and Rachel lives at a boarding school. Rachel does not live with Helga and the mother because she refused and hated working with them in the bakery.
- Agatha and Helga both serve warm, sweet doughnuts at the bakery. However They eat cold, dry, and sour doughnuts almost every meal, and everyday. Also, they never get time to have fun because they have very long work shifts
- On the bright side they were going to see Rachel that day after one full year. When they left the bakery Helga saw her mother carrying a big box of warm, sweet doughnuts.
- Helga knows well that they would have to dig through their savings or sacrafice a limb to afford those doughnuts

- When Helga and Agatha had seen rachel they were so happy. The mom gave Rachel all of the warm, and sweet doughnuts, Rachel was so happy and decided to change her ways by working a the bakery again. and Helga was very upset about that.
- Thank you mommy! I think that I want to help you at the bakery now.

- Helga was furious and yelled
- All of my childhood I was fed cold, sour and dry doughnuts! Also, I was working like a slave! Now you are giving someone who has never worked a day in their lives a bunch of sweet, and warm doughnuts!
- I forgave my daughter and we are celebrating.
