- I love my mom so much but she is sick and is getting worse in each day. We are poor and has no source of any income. I can't let my mother die! I have to buy medicines for her to be well. But... where could I get the money from?
- I knocked on every door in my neighborhood; hoping that someone with a good heart might lend a hand. However, all of them has the same answer! They could not help me because they also need the money.
- But wait, look! There's a drug store just right at the corner! Good thing it has no guards on duty. Maybe I should just steal some while the cashier is distracted. Few packets won't hurt anyone right? Mom surely won't like it but I'm desperate!
- What should I do? I need medicines, but I don't have even a cent in my pocket! Nobody wanted to help me. All I can do is steal to have those immediately. But stealing is a crime! What if I got arrested? Who will take care of my mother? What can I do?
- No worries, madam. We saw your son crying his heart out at the bus stop. We got alarmed and asked what's wrong and found out about your sickness. We're from the barangay, so we will would like to help.
- Thank you so much sir and ma'am for the medications. I have been sick for a while now. It has been hard for my son to carry those problem on his own. You know, we are just poor.
- Gratefully, I haven't stolen anything and my mother got the help she needed. She is resting now and hopefully, will be well soon. After much inner chaos of what I would do, I end up having those people walked pass by me. Maybe, it's God's sent. Who knows?
