  • Thank you for joining me in parent-teacher conference, Miss Townley. Jason is an energetic boy who loves sports and music. In the past months, he performed very well in PE and music class. He also maintains good relationships with his peers. I never concern about his social life, while his academic performance caught my attention. From the test result, it suggests some areas Jason may need extra support and practice. Here is a short term and long term goal I suggest for Jason to achieve. Also, I attached a detailed plan about how we are going to support him from school. Please take a look and I please let me know if anywhere needs clarification.
  • Yes, of course. Here is a home-support plan I created for Jason. Please take a look.
  • Thank you, Ms. Sylvia. This is really helpful. But could you please kindly suggestions about how we can help him from home?
  • Is there anything else you what to know about Jason? Or is there anything you expect from my end?
  • SeesawDear Miss Townley, hope you are doing well. It's been two weeks since we met in the conference. How's the supporting plan carried out at home? Does everything go well? Please let me know if there is anything I can help with.
  • Seesaw/EmailDear Miss Townley. Hope you and your family had a wonderful weekend. I have a good news to share with you. In the past month, Jason has made obvious progress in Reading and Spelling. He has been trying hard and always asked for help when needed. Thank you so much for supporting his learning from home. He cannot make such big progress without home support. Considering about his current level, his supporting plan needs to be adjusted. If possible, shall we meet sometime this week after work at school or have a meeting online to talk about next step?
  • Seesaw/Email/PhoneDear Miss Townley. Hope everything goes well for online learning. It's a challenge for students, parents and teachers. We really appreciate your kind support as usual. Does everything work well for Jason? He joined English class in the middle and I didn't receive his homework from last week? Do you have any problem using the platform? Or does Jason have any question about the task? Please let me know how I can help him.
