- To start of your training program you first must know some safety equipment we use on the site, or PPE. This will help protect you from some of the hazard in this work place
- As you can see behind you there is a stop button, this will stop the assembly line if anyone gets stuck
- I have a question, what happens when I get a cut or bruise?.
- You would write it down on a report sheet and go to our first aid stations to make sure your okay
- This is were you would box up paper and send it to be shipped off, it is very important to wear your PPE here because of the danger of this area there is alot boxes and paper and its not always clean so if you get hurt it could be very bad
- Do we still have to make sure we mitigate dangers even in break rooms?
- Even in the break room can a danger from biological hazards because we cant always be sure that we don't bring hazards in from in the warehouse
- Now what have you learned about work place safety?
- I learned that we have to mitigate hazards by wearing PPE and training in the workplace, if you get hurt you must write it down on a report sheet and go get first aid, you must also be careful of biological hazards even in the break room.
