- So today, we will be going for a trip to the farm!
- Welcome to my farm!
- The teacher is taking her students to a farm trip. All the students are thrilled!
- These are Wheat. This is a subsistence crop . I use this for my own family purposes.
- Jessica takes note of how many and which all kids are boarding the bus, she made sure that all the kids are present. Whoa! Talk about a big responsibility!
- And this is where I do mixed farming
- They finally reached their destination- The farm.
- This is where all the commercial crops I grow are transported by trucks hence it is also called as truck farming.
- The type of agriculture that is practiced for the domestic consumption of the famers is called subsistence agriculture.
- In this type of agriculture crop cultivation and animal rearing are practiced on the same farm. The farm size is moderate and farming is done extensively.
- This type of agriculture includes the cultivation of vegetables, fruits and flowers solely for the urban markets. A lot of manual labour is required and the yields are high.
