Storyboard Text
- It is so cold here. I need to fine a place to spend the night. I can sleep for sometime between the feet of this statue
- One night a little swallow flew over the city. He was tired and was searching for a place to rest.
- A drop of water fell on the swallow. He was so surprised. Again another drop of water fell. The swallow became curious . He looked up to see that.......
- As the swallow was getting ready to sleep, a very surprising thing happened.......
- Oh !! What was that ?? The sky is clear. Then where did the drop of water come from ?
- Who are you ?Why are you crying??
- I lived in a palace while I was alive and had a kind human heart. There was no sorrow at all and my courtiers called me the happy prince. After my death I had been set up on a high pillar, my heart is made up of Lead yet and it always weeps when I see the ugliness and misery of my city.
- What do you want me to do ???
- Please pluck the ruby from my sword and give it to the mother
- Far away in a little street a little boy of a seamstress is sick. He is crying and his mother could not give him oranges to eat.
- The swallow obeyed the prince and he flew and laid the ruby on the table of the poor women.
- Hello !! I am the narrator.
- What lesson we learnt from this story ?? Although the prince was so kind , at the end , the mayor and the people of the city decided to remove the statue of the prince because all the gold that he was covered with was not noticeable at all. Even the swallow had died.

- The broken heart of the happy prince did not melt in the furnace. It was thrown away on a dust heap where the dead swallow was also lying. God asked the angels to bring the two most precious things in the city. God praised the angel's choice in bringing him the leaden heart of the Happy Prince and the dead swallow.
