- Hey, how are you doing? Today i'm here to assess you
- I'll be assessing your hair, face and eyes and don't worry everything's under control and okay. I will start assessing you hair first.
- Okay nurse
- Don't worry if you have hairfall or dandruffs. your hair is normal.
- You have a healthy conjunctiva which means to say that your eyes are good and it isn't dry as well
- Your hair seems normal and I'm going to check your eyes now. Your eyelids seems a puffy but its normal.
- It feels hard and painful
- Your breast is normal i see no signs of risks.
- I will be assessing your breast now. If it feels hard and painful don't worry thats normal since its filling with milk.
- I assessed your lochia as well and its red and has no foul odor so its normal but please do change your pad from time to time okay?
- that's good to hear. yes nurse I will.
- I will be assessing your uterus and fundal height now. I can feel its contracting and firm and thats normal!
