  • I'm the disguised superhero of Muscular Endurance
  • I'm doing the wall sit but to practice or exercise M.E. You can do planks or curl-ups
  • Cardiorespiratory Endurance
  • I'm running, but you can bike and swim to work on your cardio!
  • And I'm the disguised hero for Cardiorespiratory Endurance!
  • Cardiorespiratory Endurance is the ability of the heart, lungs, blood , blood vessels to supply enough fuel/oxygen to the muscles during long periods of physical activity.
  • Muscular Strength
  • Muscular Strength is the ability of muscle to push or pull with it's total force.
  • I'm the disguised and proud superhero of Muscular Strength!
  • I doing squats, an easy was to exercise M.S. but you can do pull-ups and dead lifts
  • Flexibility
  • I'm the hero of FLEXIBILITY <3
  • Flexibility is the muscles' ability to move a joint through a full range of motion.
  • I'm doing yoga, which has a lot Static Stretching but you can do dance or gymnastics.
  • Body Composition
  • Body Composition is the combination of fat-mass and fat-free mass, including fat, bones, muscles, organs, and water.
  • I'm the loveable superhero of Body Comp.
  • I'm playing basketball but Body Comp, you can just burn calories and change the ratio of fat to fat-free mass.
