Host: With the help of our special guest, today let's talk about Gametogenesis. I came upon this institution called Bio-Lab, where I met Professor Leonardo, a biologist who will teach us more about Spermatogenesis and Oogenesis.

- Okay. These steps are responsible for the formation of male and female gametes. To make it short, it has three phases?
- Which is Spermatogenesis and Oogenesis?
- Correct. Spermatogenesis, a male gametogenesis is entailed here. In the male reproductive system's seminiferous tubules, spermatozoa or sperm, are produced according to the method.
- Exactly. Furthermore, it has two types.
- What about Oogenesis?
- A female gametogenesis is involved here. Within the ovaries, the process is described as producing ova (female gametes). When about 40,000 primordial cells are created during mitosis during fetal development, the process officially begins.
