- Taking Persia will give me power, wealth, and land...let's take it!
- The Mongols made Persia a target for wealth, land, and most importantly, power.
- You guys were easier to defeat than China...more power to me!
- The Mongols killed over 2 million Persians while invading Persia.
- Nooo! Our agriculture is ruined because of those dang Mongols!
- As a result, agriculture was damaged, along with irrigation, and some areas were deserted.
- We like your customs...so we'll adopt some.
- The Mongols that were in Persia adopted some of their customs, such as their bureaucracy.
- The city looks amazing!
- Damaged cities and road systems were repaired, and this showed that Persia had a greater effects on the Mongols than China did.
- The empire has fallen...but I really like it here...
- When the Mongol Empire fell in the 1330s, Persians didn't expel Mongols, they instead assimilated them to Persian culture.
- You guys should stay then!
