Its so cool how plants grow but I wonder how do they get the food they need to grow.
I can somewhat explain this to you.
how does that work?
Plants grow using photosynthesis.
Plants make there own food by using sunlight and carbon dioxide. carbon dioxide is absorbed by the leaves of the plant and sunlight is captured by a chemical molecule in the plant called chlorophyllin.

That's cool but how do the plants make power for themselves.
Plants collect power using glucose.
Glucose.
Cellular Respiration
GlucoseStorage
Photosynthetic organisms take light energy and use it to make there own food. In this process they use carbon dioxide and light to make sugars and oxygen. This is good for other animals that use that oxygen and eat the plants for food.
