  • Dementia is a term used to describe a groupof conditions that cause damage to brain cells. This damage means a personsability to remember, think, speak and to do everyday things will change. 
  • Why i am here? ok, let's leave it. By the way who am I?
  • Memory loss is a distressing part of dementia, both for the person with the condition and for the people around them. So it is important to offer understanding and support everytime they need.
  • I have something called Alzheimer, a type of dementia. This affects my memory and I forget things like my own name, where i live etc.
  • Most people will experience a number of these signs, and they will find they are having increasing difficulty overtime. In general signs and symptoms emerge gradually. This can be difficult for both the person who is experiencing changes and for their families and friends.
