- This module was all about choosing physical activities.
- We learned about the certain questions we have to ask our selves when we are choosing our activities. We also learned about considering our activity choice for the reason of participation, health conditions, and many other reasons.
- If you do your physical activity in very cold weather you could get hypothermia or frostbite.
- If you do physical activity in extreme heat, you could have heat exhaustion, a heat stroke, or heat cramps.
- You also have to consider weather conditions.
