  • Panasonic's RD department intends to launch a new robot vacuum on the market. Elsa, Anna, and Olaf, members of the department, are unwilling to communicate and comment. Swen, as a manager, has mentioned that they have communication barriers, such as a lack of feedback, inability to control emotions, fear of speaking in front of people, and difficulty understanding professional terms. As a result, the product is failing to gain traction. As a result, communication gaps exist among staff, resulting in a failing product.
  • In the conference room, the manager suggests the workers be updated on their duties in order to guarantee that progress is being made. Not only that, the manager encourages everyone to speak out on how to guarantee that the new product sells well and makes it clear that staff will be free to share their thoughts at each meeting. Swen has also created a webpage for them to provide comments. The objective of this box is to allow anyone who is unable to talk to put their thoughts down and send them to Swen.
  • Elsa discovered that her emotions were difficult to manage, and she was constantly displaying them in front of her colleagues, giving the impression that she was difficult to approach. Swen agreed to let Olaf enlighten Elsa because this had already affected the discussion. Olaf advises Elsa to use the issue as motivation, and she should not take it too seriously. Focus on how to stay resilient in every scenario, whether it's a minor or major issue. Aside from that, she must learn to respect people and understand their viewpoints, which could improve workplace relationships.

  • Elsa and Anna have different opinions on the design of the product. Anna's design was immature, and Anna was not happy about it. They started complaining to each other and not communicating. When Swen learned of this situation, he convened the one-on-one meeting to exchange information with them. By participating in product discussions, they know that they are not easy for each other. Last, they accepted the imperfections in design and worked together to do things well.
  • Swen's information is challenging for Olaf and Anna to digest. Swen must use visual methods to gain Olaf and Anna's attention in this situation, such as videos or graphs, because this will help them understand what they want to discuss while providing information. Swen also has to present information properly, with only the most important parts to Olaf and Anna so that they can understand it and get the job done quickly. Finally, Swen should avoid using professional words or sentences since Olaf and Anna may not understand, resulting in some unavoidable errors.
  • Panasonic successfully released the robot vacuum to the market at the end of the month, resulting in high sales and profits. Swen decided to give them a bonus to encourage three of them to improve the company's quality and efficiency. They have learned how to communicate with one another as a result of these experiences, and they can now comprehend and accept the opinions of others.
