Attack and Surrender
Wolfe the commanding officer and his men landed on the Ile d'Orleans and by the middle of July, Britain occupied positions surrounding this. The British attacked the French at Beauport, but were met by fierce resistance and had to retreat quickly.
Ahh.... RETREAT
British troops fought the currents up the St. Lawrence and ended up scrambling up the cliff onto the plateau, with troops stretching across the plains of Abraham.
Hotdogs, Get your Hotdogs
Montcalm ordered an attack on the British quickly, although he wasn't prepared. The French retreated quickly as they were over powered by British men. In September, the French surrendered Montreal, and Quebec became a British colony.
