  • Hi! As you know that we are all facing a hard time during the coronavirus pandemic.
  • We all have different ways of calming ourselves during the coronavirus pandemic situation.
  • I am wondering what are the activities that I can be involved to calm down during the situation?
  • Here the character will be shown as she leaves out to the bedroom to the kitchen to see her mom.
  • Hi mom! I wanted to ask you for help with what are the possible activities that I can do to calm my self down during this hard time.
  • Ok! Well, you can either help me with cooking some lunch or either go and brainstorm possible ideas that you might be interested in.
  • Here the character is brainstorming the possible ideas that she can be involved in.

  • Mom after brainstorming all the possible ideas. I have come up with a conclusion to be involved in color therapy.
  • Good idea! I like it!
  • As you know that we are in look down due to the pandemic and all the stores are closed. So I will be working on the color therapy from my iPad. I found a couple of applications.
  • That is awesome. I really like that you have found an alternative. This way you are occupied and I will not feel that you are at home.

  • Now I am going to take you on a small tour to show you samples of my work that I have done.

  • In this color art therapy picture, what I learned is how to coordinate the different colors together so they will fit all together. I also learned how to focus and be patient while working on the picture.
  • In this color therapy, I practiced more on choosing the colors that will fit all together as one. Fit as one meaning that the color coordinate together. In this case, I decided to play with different and unique colors such as the color on the flower headband on her head.
  • In this color Therapy picture, I learned to be careful when choosing the colors and being precise on what colors to choose, so that overall the picture looks neat and pleasant to the eyes of the viewers when they see it.

  • Now I am going to share with you some useful tips on the benefit of color therapy on my computer screen through a poster I created.
  • The benefits of Art Therapy:Calms you down. Reduce stress Helps express your feelingsReduce depression Helps you discover yourself. Reduces anxiety. Improves self -esteem. Lets you feel relaxed.

I hope that everyone stays safe during the coronavirus pandemic situation and takes the safety precautions need. I hope than everyone can find their own way of calming their self during this hard situation.
