  • --Meeting to-do list--Meet parents individually to look over their child’s performance.--Be prepared - have test results, work samples ,anecdotal notes, and service provider attend meeting.--Start by highlighting something positive, then move on to the issue. --Ask some questions about James after school activities. Discuss an action plan for addressing the problem, and finish up with another positive statement.--Set a follow-up plan
