- In the song a million dreams Barnum and Charity get together even though Charity's dad doesn't want them to and it shows them buying an apartment together and as the years go on it shows them having kids and it talks about how no matter how big or small their dreams are they want to do them together.

- In the song come alive they are about to perform there first show with all the freaks and all of them are nervous and don't want to go out and perform so Barnum is going around helping every get ready to go out and is telling them they don't need to be scared that everyone will love them and to go out and have fun.

- In the song rewrite the stars Carryalls parents were talking bad about the freak and he is trying to get together with her but she is saying that its not possible because nobody wants them together but he says it doesn't matter what other people think.
- resolution/the greatest show
- in the song never enough Barnum hires jeny lend to sing for him and the show does very well so he asks her to go on tour and they are gonna tour the whole country and make a lot of money.

- once the circus burns down and charity leaves him he goes to the bar where the freaks show up and barnum realizes why he started it all and decideds he is gonna fix it but he doesnt know how.
- After they get the circus going again barnum gives the show to Carlyal so he can go and watch his girls grow up.
