- You can't go out there because that thing is not your son!
- PLease let me go see my son!
- After the second wish was made they both started to hear knocking coming from outside. Mrs.White kept thinking it was going to be the same son that had left that morning to go to work.
- I'm so sorry
- Before Mrs. White could even attempt to open the door Mr. White had dropped the monkeys paw to the floor and stood in front of the door so his wife couldn't get to the thing that was once their son.
- After 5 long minutes of her begging to for to atleast let her look at him through the window he moved out of the way for her to stand up and look at up at him. But what she saw wasn't something she wanted to see when it came to her son.
- I think we are safe now
- Mr. White ran up the stairs after his wife making sure that the doors were locked and when he got to the bedroom making sure that the bedroom door was locked just incase he managed to get into the house they would be safe.
- They both stayed in the quiet room as the pounding on the front door kept getting louder and louder with every passing second. The only one that dared to move was Mr. White
- After about 20 minutes of waiting the knocking on the door stopped. Mr. White walked over to the window to see what was once their son stumbling off
