- I'm going to date Derek! I'm so much better than you!
- I'm going to put Botulinum in Karina's coffee. She won't be able to smell, taste, or see it so there is no way she'll know that there is somethign wrong with her coffee until it's too late.

- Botulinum is produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It is commonly used in botox and the treatment of movement disorders. - There once was a girl named Karina who worked at a local coffee shop. She enjoyed her work and had boyfriend, Derek, who was a doctor. However, Karina had an enemy, Rebekah. She wanted to date Derek.

- One day Rebekah came up with a way to get rid of Karina. She was going to poison Karina with botulinum.

- After Karina drank the coffee with Botulinum she went to the emergency room to see Derek and explain her symptoms. However, it was hard to understand her because of her slurred speech.
- Derek had her taken into a hospital bed and he took some tests. They quickly found out she had botulinum poisoning and they gave her an antitoxin and kept her at the hospital to make sure she was ok. In the end she got healthy and her and Derek stayed together and Rebekah was arrested for attempted murder.
