- Everyday, she almost breaks. Its always just a part of her that seems to die each day, a piece of her that crumbles whenever a memory of what used to be resurfaces.
- Some days he wakes up the right way, forgetting for one blissful moment about the pain until reality dawns on him. He never truly forgets the pain. Instead he forgets to look forward to the next day. He forgets to live.
- All she ever wanted to do was to loose herself. This is why she draws. Everything else just falls away. An in-betwen space that keeps her from sinking into reality.
- She just wants to leave so she chooses to escape. Escape from this house. It isn't a home, not anymore.
- Mom doesn't understand, she never will.
- Grow up and get over it!
- An acknowledgement. An agreement of sorts.
- Today when she arrives something is different. An unfamiliar figure. She almost leaves but she recognizes something. Something in his face. A look she's only seen before in reflections. So instead she walks closer.

- She nods then turns away, plunging into the world of grey and black she carefully weaves together. The shades are familiar but today bright colors exist in her periphery. Somehow, she doesn't mind.
- Origami. I'm making origamis.
- You drew that?
- Are you folding paper?
- Yes.
