While in the process of escaping, Harriet had help from a white apologist neighbor who gave her a note before escaping giving directions to a safe house.
Moments later, Harriets brother had second thought and decided to return.
-"*Safe house located in Philadelphia, use the secret tunnels underground*"-
"I shall take this road to Philidelphia, where I'll be a free woman."
Harriet made it out of the underground railroad and showed up in a desert with a road. So, Harriet decided to hitch when she finally had someone pick her up and hide her in their wagon. These people where a white apologist couple on their way to Philidelphia as well.

We should riot against slavery and be brutal with protesting!
I now pronounce Passage of the Fugitive Slave Law
We shouldn't do that because it'll encourage the violence, we're trying to silence Mr. Brown.
