  • Romulus: "Remus, that's nice and cute but I had 12 birds over my hill which is more than 6, so I get to choose the hill and I will be ruler.
  • The twins decided by the amount of birds flying over their hill was a sign from the gods. Remus had six birds over his hill and later Romulus had 12 birds over his hill. It was decided, Romulus had 12 birds over his hill so he would decide the hill where the city would be placed and would be the ruler of this settlement but Remus replied saying that his hill had the birds first. But, Romulus responded by saying that he had the most birds over his hill.
  • "I'm sorry it had to be this way."
  • The twins Romulus and Remus kept and kept arguing until they both decided to attack each other which caused a fight between the brothers. Later, Romulus won the fight, killing his twin brother, Remus in the process. This meant Romulus was the decider of where the new city was going to be built and meant that he was going to be ruler.
  • I will decide the hill we built the new city on and I will be ruler.
  • After Romulus built his new city which was called Rome, he became ruler and later faced a war against the Sabins. After the war had ended, Romulus went to meet up with his men as usual when all of a sudden a storm with much thunder appeared and a cloud enveloped around Romulus which didn't allow his men to see him. After the storm had passed, Romulus was nowhere to be found and the senators who were seated next to him said that he had been taken up to heaven by a divine storm.
