- Kendal has a friend who is looking for some info on starting a business so he shares a link to a site with info and synopsis on business books. The site also has synopsis on books about all types of helpful things.
- Action
- Kyle checks out the site while on his lunch break and easily finds a description for a book he thinks will be able to help him. He follows a link to buy the book. While perusing he finds other books he's interested in reading/buying.
- Onboarding
- Kyle enjoys reading but doesn't always know which books would be good. He also wants to make some improvements in his life and likes how each book is aimed at helping you reach some goal or hacking some situation.
- Retention
- Kyle buys a book and signs up for the newsletter so he can get updates on other books that might be available and other hacks and information that might help him on his journey.
- Kyle follows a link to buy a book and enters he's email address to join the newsletter.
- Kyle continues to check out the site when he's looking to get a new book but he also really likes the wealth of knowledge that comes from the newsletter and often links and shares articles from there.
