- So many jobs have been created in this new era, Industrialization as well as the cities of the United States has been growing rapidly. Most people seem to take up factory work for a living, since I need to find a way to make a living, I will be taking a job as a factory worker, a popular job these days.
- Because my family lives in severe poverty and there are no regulations at the moment stopping children from working at factories, I should be able to follow my dad to find a job at a factory due to our family's insecurities.
- The working conditions within the factories are extremely harsh, unsanitary, and also very unsafe. Deadly accidents happen very frequently due to safety measures not being installed. I must also work upwards of 12 hours every day while being payed at a very low rate.
- The owners of the factories do not care about the workers of this factory. Since safety regulations are not required at all, the owners have no reason to invest on them. The workers of this factory should form a labor union.
- The workers of the factory have formed a union and are demanding the factory to create a better work environment, this includes better safety, higher pay, less working hours and a overall more pleasant workplace
- The owner of this factory however, does not wish to give in to our demands. Despite this, we will still attempt to influence the owners and pressure them to give in to our demands, even though that this means that their production will be slowed.
