Mr. Smith, tell me about your experience in management. Did you ever lead a team?
I have experienced being a manager in the last hospital I have worked in. Everything went smoothly. I trained, recruited, and oriented them as best as I could. I have led a team on and they followed my orders efficiently and did what they were supposed to do.
One day I want to be in a position where I already developed my weaker skills and could be working with amazing managers like you.I have a lot to learn,but I do think I can be a good nurse manager.
What are your career goals?
You should hire me as a nurse manager because I have experience in both management and teamwork. Even though I can be a bit of of a harsh leader I am working on lowering my temper a bit . I know with this job I will put all my
effort into keeping the patients and my employees happy.
Why should we hire you as our nurse manager?
I read in your website that the nurse manager gets to train the other new recruits. My question is would I be able to bring some other nurses to show the recruits it is alright to work differently if you are doing your work successfully?
Yes I think that would be a marvelous idea to be able to show each person’s different ethic within a team. It could be beneficial to our work if the team is able to follow directions as needed.

I love to learn new types of ways to develop our protocols and medicine. Do you think I would have a chance to go to workshops with other nurse managers to keep in check that we are doing what we are supposed to do?
I do think it is important to meet up with your fellow nurses because it can boost your relationship and trustworthiness up and would make the process a lot easier.
