Storyboard Text

  •  Mark, John and Mohammad work for a paper company. One day Mohammed heard mark and John making fun of Mohammad's religious beliefs with other coworkers at the office.
  •  Conflict resolution cartoon by Robert Sale 
  •  Mohammad was upset by this so he went to HR to handle the situation. 
  •  Mohammad talked to the HR director about the incident in detail and asked something to be done about it. 
  •  The HR director called the two men into his office and discussed the incident. 
  •  The Hr. director pulled out his Handbook and looked at the different conflict resolution options. 
  •  The Director found three different options for resolving this conflict.1. Avoid the situation and let die down (if it does).2.Comprimise and see if both parties can come to an agreement and get over the situation.3.Fire the two employees to appease the affected individual. 
  •  The END 
  •  Personally in this situation I would choose the compromise option so I wont loose any employees.
