- The location of Rome is the capital of Italy. Rome was made right next to the Tiber River on a palatine . Rome had two neighbors the Etruscan and the Greeks.
- Etruscan influence of sports
- The myth of Romulus and Remus is about how Rome was made. The legend goes that Romulus and Remus were frown into the Tiber River. Then a wolf found them and took the two boys as her own. they then were found by a human that took them in. then there grandfather found them and told them that they were princes and that they need to take down the king right now. then their grandfather became king again and then the to brother then fought over what Romes name should be so Romulus kill his brother and became the first king of Rome.
- Greek influence of architecture
- The Roman are good engineers because they learned from the Etruscan's engineers. The main thing they learned how to make is arch and cuniculus. They started to make bigger and bigger things then they became better then the Etruscan.
- Greek influence of writing, art, and religion
- Etruscan sports influence Rome sports. The Roman sports were slave fights and chariot races. Slave fighting was slaves with dead master that would fight to the death.
- Romans used some of Greek architecture with there own. The Roman made some of the best structures. One of the best structures is the circus maximus it could seat 200,000 spectator.
- Romans took the way Greeks write with capital letters. Romans art was pottery and statues just like the Greeks. Roman religion are just the Greek gods with different names.
