- whats the understanding of the black death? and how do you treat the black death?
- scientist understand the the black death is now known as the plague that is a spread by a bacillus called yersinia pestis. the way you treat it was to have everyone avoid it and stay quarantined
- i believe it was gods punishment, what do you think?
- many people believe that the black death was a punishment for the sins that god didn't like, such as greed, blasphemy, Hersey, fornication and worldliness and to win gods forgiveness
- what was the flagellant? how did the black death end? and does the black plague still exist??
- some upperclassmen had joined a procession of flagellants that travels town to town, and for 33 1/2 days they would repeat their ritual three times a day and move on. the officials in Venetian had controlled part of the city of Ragusa was able to slow down the spread by getting sailors to isolate. the black death end in 1352 but it keeps coming back but now people know how to control it. it was reported to come back every few generations
