- This is an implied contract because Maria is implying that she wants to walk inside the car dealership since she is there.
- Mutual Agreement and Consideration
- Just to confirm, I am selling you this car for $13,000 but you have to clean the car yourself
- This is an oral contract because Maria is speaking to John about a car she wants to buy. This can also be an offer because Maria is making an offer with John about the car.
- Acceptance
- John is writing the agreement down on paper. This is also Competency because Maria is not under the influence and she is a grown adult so that means she is legal to sign the contract.

- This is a mutual agreement because both parties are on board with the contract. This is also consideration because John is giving Maria the car for $13,000, but Maria has to was the car herself.
- This is acceptance because Maria is clearly accepting the deal from John.

- This is a breach of contract because John and Maria agreed that she had to wash the car if she wanted to buy it for $13,000. But she did not follow through with that deal
