- Today we are here to fix the Articles of Confederation. Lets start with voting rights for each state.
- I think we should give states with larger populations more votes.
- That wouldn't be fair because smaller states could get ignored!
- I guess we could make that work.
- How about this. We give bigger states more votes in the House of Representatives, but all states have the same number of senators.
- That sounds like a great compromise!
