- It's a way for the hospital to tack on a little extra that may or may not be covered by insurance.
- Why is the doctors bill seperate from the hospital bill?
- They can charge insurance more money that way. Get more of that allowable amount.
- Why are some hospitals in network and some are not?
- Insurance and hospitals sometimes dont get along. Insurance wants to make you use who they want.
- Why can the hospital send a bill 8 months later?

- What's the deal with copay. How come they charge it sometimes and sometimes not?
- I guess they can just do what they want.
- Don't even get me started about Covid.
