- I removed the donkey's head from that human, boss!
- I wonder if Robin removed the donkey's head from Bottom yet. While we're walking, I can tell you exactly how you ended up sleeping on the ground next to this human last night.
- I thought that I had a dream that I fell in love with a man named Bottom with a donkey's head. He was sleeping directly beside me. Was the dream real? Did such a terrible thing really happen?
- Forgive us, my lord. I am very confused about how I ended up here. I feel like I am half asleep and half awake. I do remember that Hermia and I were planning to leave Athens to escape the Athenian law.
- You've been given enough evidence, Theseus. The law must punish Lysander for trying to run away!
- These fair lovers are lucky they met me here. I must override you wishes, Egues. The couples will be married later today in the temple.
- Theseus, Helena told me about Lysander's plan to run away with Hermia. The lovely Helena loved me so much, she followed me here. I hated her for a while, but I love her again now.
- Me too. I won Demetrius so easily, it didn't feel like it really happened!
- What just happened? I don't remember what happened last night. My memory of last night is hard to see clearly.
- I feel like everything that I am seeing is out of focus. It is like everything I see is doubled.
- Theseus told us to follow him to the temple. We should go now. We can talk about our dreams along the way.
- Has anybody been sent to Bottom's house yet?
- Nobody's heard from him. Something must have happened to him.
- Tell me when my cue comes! Where is everybody? I had such a strange dream. I'll get Peter Quince to write it out!
- If Bottom doesn't show up, the play will be ruined! He's the only one who can play Pyramus.
- The duke is leaving the temple. We have to be able to put on our play.
- I've got some amazing things to tell you. I will just tell you that the duke has already finished his dinner. We must prepare the costumes now!
- It is so wonderful to see you, Bottom. What do you have to tell us?
